Plot Twist Therapy is a supervised private practice, built on a simple belief: Everyone deserves quality, affordable therapy. Every story has a turning point, and I'm here to help you find yours, whether you're working through anxiety, navigating a relationship, or figuring out who you want to be in this next chapter. I offer individual and couples therapy in Tucson, both in-person and online.

I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety and depression, grief, relationship challenges, boundaries, parenting, religious or faith transitions, coming out, and aging. If what you're facing isn't on this list, reach out anyway — I'm happy to help you find the support that’s right for you.

I hold a Bachelor's in Education from the University of Arizona and Master of Social Work from Arizona State University. I'm a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health. My clinical training includes CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, EFT, the Gottman Method, Imago, and mindfulness-based approaches — I draw from whichever combination best fits you, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

Getting started is simple. Reach out by clicking the “Book a Free Consultation” button or through the contact form, and we'll set up a free 15-minute consultation. From there, if it feels like a good fit, we'll schedule your first session and get started. There's no long intake process standing between you and getting support — just a conversation to begin.

I'm a private-pay practice and do not take insurance. However, I'm happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. I'd recommend checking with your provider about your out-of-network benefits before we start.

I want quality therapy to be accessible, which is why my rates are designed to make consistent care realistic: individual sessions are $85, and couples sessions are $100. I also offer a free 15-minute consultation before we begin, so you can ask any questions about cost or logistics before committing to anything.
